Specifications: Sleeves are made of 1/4" thick black neoprene banded to the end plates with stainless steel bands. The end plates are constructed of cast aluminum with a cast eyelet to accommodate the use of a safety rope and an air hose fitting.

The safe and economical way for plugging underground sewers. One plug can seal several pipe sizes. Designed to keep workers out of manholes, lift stations and other confined or closed-in areas.

The J-Pipe Plug is designed so that if the rubber sleeve is accidentally punctured, it can be repaired in the field in a timely manner.
The J-Pipe Plug can be inserted without a man entering the manhole which avoids the presence of lethal gases, helping to save lives.
The J-Pipe Plug is fast, accurate and easy to operate. It can be inserted and inflated even in flooded manholes.

Sava Municipal Blocking Plugs up to 72 inches

Multi-size, Kevlar reinforced NR-SBR rubber plugs from 4" up to 72". These plugs are molded using NR-SBR rubber and reinforced with aramid cord. All plugs are test designed at 3x their required inflation pressure in order to ensure durability and safety.

All plugs are equipped with quick connect couplings and nipples.
Reinforcement sleeves are available for heavy duty applications.
Special NBR-CR oil resistant multi size plugs are also available from 4" up to 60"

Multi-Size Pillow Style Blocking Plugs up to 100 inches

Pillow Plugs are ideal for large pipe sizes where access is limited. When deflated, they can be folded up, inserted through a standard manhole, then inflated. Pillow Plugs can also be used in Elliptical pipe. Standard sizes range from 24" up to 100" and can be manufactured with a bypass for testing and flow through applications.

The unique construction and high-quality materials of SAVA pillow-shaped PLUGY PILLOW and PLUGSY PILLOW plugs ensure low weight and high flexibility during use and storage. Plugs of this type are suitable for the largest pipelines and can be custom-made to fit any pipeline diameter.

Cherne Remo® Remote Placement Plug:

The Remo® Remote Placement plug provides two advantages-it eliminates the need to enter confined spaces and speeds up the pipe plugging process. The system is safer and less expensive to use than conventional plugging methods because it requires no confined space equipment to simply block sewer flow.

A lightweight aluminum pole system* or a standard 1¼" iron pipe** is used to place the Remo® plug in the sewer system.

Remo® Plug Features:

Can be locked at a 90 degree angle to seal openings in manholes at different levels
Can be used as a back plug for sewer tests

Vapo pipe stoppers U, PU and PU-F are effective for quick and reliable sealing or bypassing storm sewers, sanitary sewers, drainage systems, pipelines, and culverts. They are mainly used for repair and maintenance work, hazmat containment and for leak testing with water or air. They are typically used in municipal water systems, construction, civil engineering projects, agriculture and industrial factories. Vapo pipe plugs are made of reinforced rubber.

Wide temperature operating range: (-22°F to 180°F) -30 °C to +80 °C

The basic series consists of 28 standard types in sizes to fit all common pipe diameters. All pipe stoppers are pressure-tested at 3x the operating pressure.
