Ball Nozzles are KEG's Tier One nozzles that come with factory drilled orifices. For small, residential applications, these nozzles have rounded edges for easy maneuverability and are ideal for cleaning service laterals. Ball nozzles have a one year warranty. KEG's Ball nozzles are suitable for 1" to 6" pipes, and fit a 3/8", 1/4" or 1/2" hose.

Forward Jet Nozzle

TIER ONE Cleaning Nozzles: Lower efficiency, Shorter life span

Available in 1/2" connections only, the Forward Jet Nozzle has seven forward inserts, zero rear inserts and is designed for cleaning of residential services and other lines where a one directional flow of water and debris is necessary All water is pushed forward out of the nozzle, toward the clog or obstruction, and away from the home.

The Forward Jet Nozzle is available in 15 GPM, 20 GPM, or 30 GPM configurations.

Technique for using the Forward Jet Nozzle: The operator should feed the hose into the service lateral by hand, activate the jetter, then force the clog toward the sewer main. When the nozzle returns to the cleanout, shut down the water and repeat the process until the service lateral is clear.

Standard Egg Nozzle

TIER TWO Cleaning Nozzles: Better efficiency, Longer life span

A Light and agile all-around cleaning nozzle, this is an upgrade from the Standard Nozzle. Instead of drilled jets, it comes with replaceable inserts available in either steel or titanium ceramic.

Egg Devastator Nozzle

TIER TWO Cleaning Nozzles: Better efficiency, Longer life span

Light and agile all-around cleaning nozzle with penetrating and blockage busting capabilities.

Sewer Flush Nozzle

TIER TWO Cleaning Nozzles: Better efficiency, Longer life span

KEG's Sewer Flush Nozzle is a heavy duty cleaning nozzle that provides superior results while being more cost competitive. The power of the Sewer Flush's 15 and 25 degree jet angles gives the operator high wall force with a wide water pattern necessary to clean large diameter pipes.

The Sewer Flush is available with replaceable steel or titanium ceramic inserts and is an excellent mid-range complement to the other products in KEG's Cleaning nozzle family.

Sewer Nozzle

TIER THREE Cleaning Nozzles:
Most Efficient & Most Powerful Fluid Mechanics, Longest Life Span

Available for hoses from ¾" through 1.5", KEG's Sewer Nozzle is truly a "Heavy Weight" in the sewer and storm water cleaning industry. The Sewer Nozzle ranges in weight from 17 to 22 pounds and is sure to stay centered in the bottom of the pipe for effective cleaning action.

The 15° and 20° jet angles give the operator high wall force with a wide water pattern necessary to clean large diameter pipes of buildup and debris. The 10 or 12 insert set-up can be configured in steel or titanium ceramic.

The Sewer Nozzle is a Tier Three nozzle, and is over 80% efficient!

KEG's Aluminum Nozzles: (Traction, Cleaning, Torpedo, Royal models only)
Lighter to handle and have the same great advantages as Stainless. Offered for 1" hose, can be used on 1/2" & 3/4" with the addition of a reducer.
Aluminum nozzles used with a centering skid will produce 25% more power than a stainless steel dragging nozzle using the same flows and pressures.
This saves water, time, and reduces wear and tear on machinery by running a lighter nozzle that is centered in the pipe.

Royal Nozzle

TIER THREE Cleaning Nozzles:
Most Efficient & Most Powerful Fluid Mechanics, Longest Life Span

The "heaviest weapon" in KEG's cleaning nozzle family is the Royal nozzle. With 12 alternating jets at 22° and 32°, the Royal nozzle is designed for all around cleaning of pipes up to 48" in diameter. The sheer weight of the Royal Nozzle keeps it on the bottom of the pipe for effective cleaning when other nozzles are flailing about wasting water. The 12 insert set-up can be configured in steel or titanium ceramic. The Royal is a Tier Three nozzle, features KEG's highest performing fluid mechanics and is over 95% efficient!

KEG recommends using a centering skid with the Aluminum line of nozzles to ensure maximum performance and protect from premature wear.
KEG's standard warranty ONLY applies to aluminum nozzles when used with a skid

Torpedo Nozzle

TIER THREE Cleaning Nozzles:
Most Efficient & Most Powerful Fluid Mechanics, Longest Life Span

With its aerodynamic shape and hefty mass, the Torpedo Nozzle does indeed resemble something fired by the US Navy. This, in conjunction with its superior fluid mechanics, allows the Torpedo to stay in the bottom of a pipe, providing steady, high efficiency pipe cleaning.

Suitable for pipes from 6" to 16", the Torpedo will provide unequaled cleaning power for the operator, and will save fuel, water, and man-hours. Our customers depend on the Torpedo as one powerful cleaning tool that pays for itself over and over again. The 8 insert set-up can be configured in steel or titanium ceramic. The Torpedo is a Tier Three nozzle, features KEG's highest performing fluid mechanics and is over 95% efficient!
